Huy Huynh, PA-C

Huy (Phay) Huynh received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley. He continued his studies at Touro College School of Health Sciences completing both a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies.

Huy has always been fascinated with aesthetics and the artistic side of medicine. This was further emphasized during his clinical rotation with Dr. Zachary Gerut of Gerut Plastic Surgery. He was amazed to discover non-invasive aesthetic procedures that deliver beautiful results without surgery. He gained exposure to a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including: BOTOXⓇ injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, face lifts, breast augmentations, breast reconstructions, abdominoplasties, and liposuction. He learned first-hand the latest innovative techniques in aesthetics, solidifying his determination to become an aesthetic provider.

After graduating as a Physician Assistant, Huy began his professional career at New York Hand Surgery. During this time he gained valuable experience in working with patients. He was involved with all aspects of patient care which included consultations with new patients; assessing and treating patients in the clinic; assisting in surgery; and providing preoperative and post-operative patients with care and instructions. In addition, Huy acquired more professional skills providing patients with his knowledge and experience and ensuring their safety throughout the treatment process. This included injections; nerve blocks; aspirations, sutures, casts and splints. He also assessed and treated infections and prescribed medications.
