From the moment I walked in to this clinic I felt welcomed and at ease.

Anna the assistant, was very friendly and efficient as she took care of the paperwork, etc. Jane arrived and greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm. She talked me through options for improving my skin. There was no hard sell, in fact Jane was very mindful and accommodating of my budget. At no time did I feel I was being rushed. In fact quite the opposite. Jane was extremely thorough and professional. Chatting to me throughout the procedure and making sure I was comfortable.
